Dining, living, and exercise all in one place? Yes please! 35th and Larimer was constructed as a mixed-use development in Denver’s trendy River North (RiNo) neighborhood. It include 66 residential units and features features five spaces which can be used for either office, restaurant, or retail use. This area even includes bike / dog wash stations for patrons.
This was a big project and Bryan Construction delivered. Ultimately, Bryan Construction demolished five existing structures prior to rebuilding new infrastructure as well as constructed three new multi-level structures to house all of the above amenities.
