Louisville City Services Facility

Project Description

This project included a new shop and administrative building of approximately 46,000 square feet in the Colorado Technology Center (CTC). The facility was designed to service all of the city’s 113+ vehicles and includes a three-sided covered vehicle storage building, salt storage, street sweeper decant basin, a new fuel storage/dispenser island, and material bins (covered and uncovered) for bulk storage of pit run material, recycled asphalt and concrete. The facility was built with sustainable features that benchmarked along LEED Silver standards.

In response to it’s success, the Louisville Service Center project was awarded the 2016 Outstanding Project Award from the Colorado Chapter of the American Public Works Association.
