Markley Motors Honda

Project Description

In 1936, Fred Markley, founder of Markley Motors, wanted to accomplish three goals: 1.  Have the best reputation for any automobile dealer in the state. 2.  Have 100% satisfied employees. 3.  Have 100% satisfied customers.

We hope we helped Markley Motors further promote these goals with the addition of beautiful new facilities. Phase I of this project consisted of building a 6,400 square foot addition and and interior remodel of 10,000 square feet of the existing Honda dealership.

During Phase II of the project, a 2,000 square foot exterior façade was remodeled  on the north end of the building. The project scopes included demolition, foundations, site concrete, stone veneer, structural/miscellaneous steel, casework, aluminum composite panels, Trespa façade panels, roofing, interior finishes and MEP systems. New fire sprinkler system in both existing and new spaces is needed.
