Adjacent to Memorial Hospital this ground-up, seven-level parking facility was constructed using brick inserts in precast concrete panels. The parking structure extends one and a half stories into the ground which penetrates the natural water table, so a complete excavation and dewatering occurred during a Colorado winter.
Bryan’s work on this project included selective demolition, damp proofing, waterproofing, graffiti coatings, miscellaneous steel traffic toppings, masonry, elevators, doors & hardware.
Store front systems include automatic entrances, spray foam insulation under a snow melt system, way finding signage, vehicle count and control systems. Above grade finishes include aluminum composite panels, standing seam and built-up roofing systems, floor coverings, steel studs, paint, glass glazes, and acoustic ceilings.
