Music Building at Colorado State University

Project Description

This project involved the complete removal and replacement of the plumbing and primary electrical in Colorado State University’s historic Music Building, while it was fully occupied. Work included the replacement of the building’s transformer, switchgear, distribution panels and metering; the addition of a new electrical panel for future use; ceiling removal and replacement; drywall and plaster repair; and painting. All existing restrooms were given a complete upgrade pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act.
