Park Hill 4000 is a $25M transit-oriented multifamily development in Denver adjacent to the Park Hill Golf Course and future RTD FasTracks commuter rail stop at 40th and Colorado. The 7.5-acre development at 4000 N. Albion Street includes 168 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments with close proximity to downtown. The development includes seven three-story buildings with 24 units each, a large clubhouse with a fitness center, pool and great room. The apartments and clubhouse were built by Drahota to meet Xcel Energy’s Energy Efficient Buildings (EEB) program standards to optimize energy efficiency and energy savings. Delwest is planning an additional development in the area with a proposed 156 workforce housing units to be built by Drahota.
