Penrad Imaging

Project Description

Covering a total area of over 3,840 square feet, Bryan Construction renovated and added to existing medical office and MRI-suite space at Penrad Imaging. Renovation involved the demolition of existing space, new flooring, ceilings, lighting, painting, walls, casework, and mechanical upgrades. Existing restrooms were upgraded with new finishes and plumbing fixtures. The addition was a structural steel building with a new EPDM roof, masonry veneer including stone panels, and aluminum storefront windows and doors. The addition’s interior featured all new finishes, including new lighting, HVAC equipment and RTU, flooring, paint, cedar and ACT ceilings, cedar and powder-coated-metal architectural wall and casework. Further, Bryan installed a new structural-steel architectural feature nearly 20 feet tall and 113 feet long.
