Bryan Construction was awarded a $8.5 million, 53,334-square-foot office building located at 32nd Ave and Vallejo St in Denver’s trendy and growing Lower Highland (referred to as LoHi) area. In total, the mixed-use facility will have six levels including retail on the first floor, three levels of office space, and two levels of underground parking.
Bryan Construction is proud to welcome new client, City Street Investors, who selected Bryan to work with Elevate Architecture and KL&A Structural Engineers (both of Denver) to bring the project to fruition.
Construction will begin late 2017 and is projected to be turned over late 2018.
