COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (August 12, 2014) — Bryan Construction has been awarded a $15.1 million contract to build a new, 72,000-square-foot administration and storage facility for the 10th Special Forces Group at Fort Carson. It will be the general contractor’s fifth major project for the Battalion.
Constructed under the demanding standards of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District, the structure will be designed by DLR Group, and is intended to meet LEED Silver requirements.
Nearby on Fort Carson, Bryan will also begin construction of a firehouse pump facility for the 4th Infantry Division’s Combat Aviation Brigade, in association with Blackhorse Worldwide, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
