"Every member of the Bryan Construction team was a great partner in this challenging renovation. Despite a list of unprecedented challenges during the project, they still delivered a great product in a reasonable amount of time and under budget. Choosing the Bryan team was, by far, the BEST decision we made in our construction project!
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Bryan Construction on this project. The team was clearly focused on meeting the needs of their customer and were always transparent and collaborative when unexpected challenges arose. I could not have asked for better partners on this journey! Their efforts resulted in an energizing and creative workspace for our SRAM Team Members that exceeded expectations."
CUSTOMER COMMENTS: Infinity Systems Engineering (Tech/OFFICE RENOVATION)
"I was introduced to Bryan Construction by a friend and quickly (within hours) received an email from Doug Woody (Vice President). Within days, I had my first meeting with Doug and Jordan Bruce (Facilities Services Manager). We went over the high-level scope of the million dollar-plus project.
Within six weeks, Jordan was ready to discuss the project at more detail and went over the overall project cost. Multiple bids per vendor were presented which was great as it provided the most flexibility when evaluating price, quality, and schedule.
I was then introduced to Bob Parsons (Project Manager) and Nathan Johnson (on site supervisor). Bob became my POC regarding scope clarification, billing, change orders, detailed scheduling, etc., while Nathan was onsite identifying and resolving any issues that arose during install and drove the schedule within allotted timelines. The working relationship was very efficient with both Bob and Nathan as both were very responsive anytime I had questions or changes. Nathan was also very proactive in identifying resolutions when “paper design” meets real-world implementation.
In summary, the project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget but most importantly finished with the highest quality.
I can highly recommend Bryan Construction and actually we are working together again on my expansion to the initial project."
Customer Comments: Bayfield (Office/SCIF Renovation)
"I know that I didn't get to mention all the efforts of the team on the call that had a hand in making this project a success. I just can't thank this team enough for their professionalism and can-do attitude! It is said that anything worth doing is worth doing right and boy did YOU folks get this RIGHT! This would not have been possible without each of the players at the table working both individually and communally to produce a seamless team effort.
A question the PM community asks customers at project origination is "what does success look like?" This TEAM is the answer! Your ability to succeed at every turn is highly valued and greatly appreciated! Whether you were here when we started in 2019 or joined along the way, I couldn't be more proud of the efforts from all!
So, let's raise our glasses and celebrate!!! HERE'S TO THE BEST PROJECT TEAM I'VE EVER WORKED WITH!!! CHEERS!!!!"
