The Claremont Ranch Retail Development is well on it’s way to opening on schedule. This property is located in the eastern part of Colorado Springs and will provide retail options to several new custom home communities. The anchor store is a highly anticipated King Soopers Marketplace, which is an expanded version of their grocery stores yet will include a larger variety of home decor and toys. This will be the first King Soopers Marketplace in Southern Colorado! The Bryan Construction crews are still onsite, but the store is also currently undergoing equipment and technology instillation.
In the retail strip next door, Constitution Dental Group has already opened their doors. Glo Nail Spa, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, and a liquor store will soon follow suit.
