Collegiate Commons Workforce Housing

Ground was broken on Collegiate Commons, the 48-unit, $11.7 million affordable housing project developed by Denver firm Urban, Inc. and its contractor Bryan Construction on Monday. The project was made possible by a $1 million Colorado Housing Finance Authority tax credit and a land swap in which the district conveyed the ball-field land to the town in exchange for a town-owned tract at the Buena Vista River Park where it could build a new field.
