Specializing in Commercial, Industrial, and Government Construction Contracting
Our success over the years has enabled us to work on projects in a wide variety of industries. As a Colorado-based building contractor, Bryan Construction has worked on a number of significant local construction projects that have helped our community grow and become more efficient, as is clear by the number of municipal and government projects we have completed…
Colorado Springs Utilities Fontanero Service Center (CSUFSC) is a prime example of our construction work in the local Colorado Springs community. This utility facility construction project consisted of a 12,000-square-foot remodel and 26,000-square-foot renovation, all while the facility was still occupied and operational. New maintenance bays, storage space, welding operations and a new 10-ton bridge crane were added. The renovation portion of the project included converting old maintenance bays to office space and the addition of a second floor. The increased capacity of the facility required full replacement of the building’s utilities.
The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) trusted Bryan Construction to build their Colorado State Patrol facility in Colorado Springs. This 30,000-square-foot new construction project included administration area, conference facilities, communication rooms, computer rooms, exercise and locker rooms, and material and evidence labs.
Bryan Construction has also worked on a number of correctional facilities projects throughout the state of Colorado. The projects include the Buena Vista Correctional Facility, the Colorado State Penitentiary and Colorado Territorial Correctional Facility in Cañon City, as well as the United States Penitentiary in Florence, Colorado.
By working within our local communities, Bryan has helped Colorado Springs and Colorado provide both functional and comfortable work environments for many Colorado employees while providing essential municipal services throughout the community.
