Drahota – a Bryan Construction Co. has been awarded the contract to build DELO Apartments LLC’s new 130-unit multifamily project in Louisville.
Drahota broke ground on the four-building, 115,644-square-foot facility earlier in the summer. Amenities include carports with storage rooms, a dog wash, fitness center, great room with full kitchen, conference room and mail lobby.
“We are honored to partner with DELO Apartments LLC on this project,” said Terry Drahota, company president, “which will meet the growing need for higher-end apartments in Louisville.”
The project will incorporate improvements to the area and to the city utilities. It will also add much-needed additional parking for the downtown area. A walkway is being built under the railroad to access the downtown area from the east side of the railroad tracks. There will be additional parking that will be located on the site which can be used for visitors to the downtown area via the new pedestrian walkway to downtown.
OZ Architecture is designing the project. Completion is slated for July.
