Manufacturing & Industrial Facility Construction
Each manufacturing and industrial facility requires a solid understanding of your business. At Bryan Construction, we have the know-how and technical expertise to ensure your new or renovated facility is the best it can be. We analyze each project to develop cost-effective solutions, always keeping flexibility, maintainability and long-term operational costs in mind.
And our expertise can be applied to any project, large or small.
When Bal Seal – a leading manufacturer of springs and seals for medical and industrial applications – decided its explosive growth required a massive new plant, they came to Bryan Construction for help.
The 155,000-square-foot factory was built with precast concrete for the main facade, with structural steel roof and common areas. The project also included a playground and exterior park for employees.
Bryan helped Springs Fabrication doubled the size of its existing structure, reaching as high as 80 feet in some areas. The Butler pre-engineered metal building contains several impressive pieces of engineering inside, including two 40-ton bridge cranes that span the entire footprint of the building. The building also includes two 20-ton bridge cranes in the high bay, gantry cranes, leveling pads, and a blasting bay.
On a less massive scale – but as just as critical to its owners, and therefore to us – Bryan completed a 7,000-square-foot addition to an existing manufacturing facility occupied by Micro Metals, a precision sheet-metal fabrication and machine shop. Our scope included constructing a pre-engineered metal building, adding masonry veneer, and pouring a custom slab on grade with color, nova-mesh and dry-shake hardener. Further work included installing crane rails and beams, overhead coiling doors, new mechanical and electrical systems, new restroom facilities, retaining walls and landscaping.
We’re also experts at repurposing existing space for industrial applications. Bryan successfully renovated over 50,000 square feet of space for SRAM, a world-renowned manufacturer of bicycle parts, including the construction of new offices, a laboratory, machine shops and training areas.
In this type of construction, experience matters. Bryan Construction has it.
