As a premier general contractor, Bryan Construction is often asked to submit proposals which highlight our qualifications and past project success. Recently we were asked to provide examples of when Bryan Construction exceeded quality standards, gained industry recognition, or received quality awards.
It is a loaded question with a very easy answer.
When Bryan Construction partners with an owner, exceeding industry standards is always the gold standard. Bryan Construction strives to exceed industry standards with every project we deliver because we want owners, and their employees, to not only be proud of the project; we want them to be inspired.
While we sincerely appreciate the multitude of quality awards and industry recognition we have been awarded, those kudos come second to our ambition to personally exceed owner’s expectations and quality standards.
Over the years, our accomplishments have been generously recognized. We have been awarded the Engineering News-Record (ENR) Mountain States Top Contractor and Top Project Awards, and have been recognized as the Best General Contractor for the past two consecutive years in Southern Colorado.
More recently our Fort Collins, CO office was recognized for the Louisville City Service Facility which received the 2016 APWA Outstanding Project Awards from the Colorado Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA).
The Denver Business Journal recognized Bryan Construction as a Top Front-Range General Contractor, and the top contractor in Colorado with the most project generated during the 2016 fiscal year.
Also for a 2016 project, Bryan Construction was honored with the Kaiser Design and Building Excellence Award for a Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building project in Greeley, CO.
This May, the preservation work Bryan Construction completed in 2016 on the historic Lyons Depot will be honored by the Boulder Heritage Roundtable at the Archaeology and Historic Preservation Month Ceremony. This same project was also recently awarded the Governor’s Award from Downtown Colorado, Inc. (DCI), for Best Adaptive Reuse or Rehabilitation in a Small Community.
In response to Federal projects, Bryan Construction received the Omaha District Safety and Occupational Health Award for the 76th Space Control Facility at Peterson Air Force Base. Additionally, Bryan was recognized as a Merit Partner in OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP) for the Evans Army Community Hospital at Ft. Carson, CO. Approval into VPP is OSHA’s official recognition of the outstanding efforts of employers and employees who have achieved exemplary occupational safety and health.
Above all, the solid relationships we form within our industry are what keep Bryan Construction at the top of the list of preferred Colorado Contractors.
