Aircraft Maintenance Shop Renovation Building 208

Project Description

Bryan Construction was contracted to provide both design and construction services to renovate the existing 24,915-square-foot Hangar 208 building to accommodate the needs of the 302nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron. The interior renovations included a new second floor, mezzanine space, conference rooms with raised access floors, open maintenance bay, locker rooms, tool crib, administrative space, and updated power and communications infrastructure. Exterior modifications included upgrading the facility to meet ATFP requirements, an entry canopy, windows, infill of the existing hangar door, and controlled vehicle access.
