Bancorp Plaza Build-Out & Remodel

During this extensive remodel and addition in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs, Bryan Construction reworked and built-out a 56,000-square-foot existing building and constructed a new 10,000-square-foot addition. The new facade of the building features stone and brick veneer, storefront windows, a curtain-wall and a barreled standing seam metal roof at the entry. The interior build-out consisted of a new bank, along with mortgage-lending and insurance suites and remodels of existing Class-A office space.
