During this extensive remodel and addition in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs, Bryan Construction reworked and built-out a 56,000-square-foot existing building, and constructed a new 10,000-square-foot addition.
The new facade of the building features stone and brick veneer, storefront windows, a curtain-wall and a barreled standing seam metal roof at the entry.
The interior build-out consisted of a new bank, along with mortgage-lending and insurance suites, included remodels of existing Class-A office space.
Bryan Construction was involved in upfront budget and design meetings, which allowed us to do real-time estimating, and helped manage the cost of the project. By giving the owner and architect updated weekly pricing on changes to the drawings, and giving input on more cost-effective products and materials, we ensured that the owner’s budget was met.
