Encompassing 55.1 acres at the intersection of Briargate and Powers in Colorado Springs, this prime piece of real estate resides near the coveted Pine Creek housing community, golf course and Pine Creek High School. The design of this master-planned commercial retail development site was strictly governed by the LaPlatta Architectural Review Committee, ensuring a high degree of aesthetic appeal to the overall project.
Bryan Construction was selected by Continental Properties to act as the pad site general contractor, with the additional duties of coordinating the construction of the dry and wet utilities, project monument signage, and two new roadways providing access within the development. All project milestones were met, to include the movement and replacement of approximately 1,000,000 cubic yards of overlot grading work, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water and fire mains, detention ponds, and temporary phone and water service for use in constructing the project’s anchor building.
Our project performance was deemed high enough by Continental Properties that the balance of the site development and construction of approximately 200,000 square feet of additional retail space was sole source awarded to Bryan Construction.
