Carlin Dodge Autopark

Carlin Dodge was a two-story office and showroom building, including high-bay service areas with unique radiused architectural elements. The building utilized pre-cast concrete, structural steel, EIFS, and masonry. The complete site package also involved the construction of parking lots, landscaping design, granite signage, and the erection of an extensive retaining wall. Bryan Construction partnered with the owner and architect from conceptual budget to completion without any cost growth from original forecast.
