Centre Avenue Health Rehabilitation

Centre Avenue Health and Rehab is a 90-bed rehab center offering full-service amenities for those requiring short term rehabilitation following hospitalization, long term care, or end of life care. Located on the main campus of Columbine Health Systems in Fort Collins, it features various amenities such as a full-service commercial kitchen, beauty salon, and physical therapy/rehab exercise rooms to keep patients comfortable. The project provided a unique challenge to the construction team with the addition of a state-of-the-art patient lift system in all 90 patient rooms. Bryan Construction was able to work with Columbine Health to phase this extensive retrofit without delaying the completion date.
