This 114,270-square-foot warehouse contains production, warehouse, and shipping spaces, offices, employee breakrooms, locker rooms, training and conference rooms, and an outdoor picnic area. It was also built to accommodate a future 180,000-square-foot expansion, with electrical, water, and other utilities already prepared and in place.
Bryan Construction, Intergroup Architects, and Eagle Claw successfully collaborated on this design-build project, incorporating details like a unique, board-formed concrete wall. Concrete was poured into a cast made of sawn lumber, causing it to pick up knots and other details from the wooden boards. The final product, shaped like a fishhook, decorates the front entrance of the building.
