Project Description
Located where the Colorado rising sun and setting moon meets the Boulder Flat Irons, Luna Bella was an incredible project to work on from the start.
This residential development includes 240 luxury units housed within (10) 24-unit three story buildings totaling 218,920 square feet of comfort. Construction on this project also included their luxury clubhouse, pool, fitness center, BBQ area, and several unique styling elements.
The design of Luna Bella incorporates many green materials, energy efficient features, and recycling elements.
