Mythology Distillery

In a town known for its craft beer, the Denver LoHi area is now home to a new craft spirits hotspot, Mythology Distillery. Handcrafted vodka, whiskey, gin, and rum are distilled in small batches using locally sourced ingredients in their Vendome copper still. This 9,099-square-foot, first-generation build-out of core/shell space includes an H1 room, tasting room, bar, restrooms, boiler room, and a production area. Design elements feature a community table fashioned out of a door from India, the bar is lined with Moroccan tile, and a back-corner booth is surrounded by books, maps, and masks from various origins.
