Quality golf course apartments with great views and elements of Colorado. That is exactly what was delivered with the Park Hill 4000 Apartments in Denver, Colorado.
Final construction of the 145,667 sq ft complex included seven three-story buildings with 24 units each for a total of 168 residential units. The project also included a large clubhouse with a fitness center, pool and great room. Production sitework included grading, utilities, paving, concrete work, landscaping and irrigation. Park Hill 4000 is a post-tensioned slab on a grade with wood framing and gypcrete decks and was finished using brick, stucco, metal railings, cement siding, vinyl windows, overhead doors, residential appliances and complete MEP scopes.
