Premier Army Medical Clinic

Project Description

The first off-post military facility of its kind, the Premier Army Health Clinic required an interior renovation of 15,000 square feet of medical space while it was occupied 24 hours a day. The work involved major interior demolition, including the removal of a pool and all existing finishes, and the construction of exam rooms, treatment areas, a pharmacy, waiting rooms and record storage. Extreme care was given to all utility tie-ins and outages so as not to interrupt the operations of neighboring surgery and critical-care facilities. The project was completed in 8 weeks.
