Ptarmigan Golf Course Clubhouse

At the Ptarmigan Country Club in Fort Collins, Colorado, the clubhouse oversees the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. With amenities including an intimate fireside bar and lounge, a formal dining room, outdoor terrace and patio, card room, a private meeting room, and a banquet facility, the clubhouse offers luxury and convenience to its 400 members. The team worked with the owner to overcome challenges in housing HVAC units to find a solution that met the high-end feel of the project while giving members a comfortable atmosphere.
