Red Noland Infiniti

Constructed to meet the latest Infiniti Retail Environment Design Initiative requirements, Red Noland Infiniti is a 6,000-square-feet auto showroom consisting of reception, customer, and vehicle delivery areas plus offices. The design concept focuses on open lighting and natural materials to create a distinct Infiniti environment. Bryan Construction met the challenge of building on clay soil head-on, using caissons and structural slab to ensure that Red Noland Infinti would be a Motor City institution for years to come. When the City of Colorado Springs required a retention pond creating an unforeseen cost to the owner, Bryan Construction worked diligently, minimizing the cost to the owner and producing a satisfactory structure for the city.
