This two-story, 50,000-square-foot project – ultimately LEED-certified Silver – was built for defense contractor Scitor.
With a core of architectural-grade exterior pre-cast panels, this state-of-the-art facility contains multiple SCIF rooms and high-security clearance areas in line with Department of Defense standards.
Construction also included high-end finishes such as granite millwork tops, wood paneling, acoustical wall fabrics, elaborate lighting and extravagant floor finishes.
Adjoining Scitor is a 428-stall, two-story parking facility. Costs of this structure were kept at a minimum by designing grade-accessible entries at both levels, eliminating the need for ramps.
Originally built for the Scitor Corporation, and currently occupied by Booz Allen Hamilton, this was the first building within the Patriot Park Defense Campus, a 65-acre development near Peterson Air Force Base. Bryan Construction performed all infrastructure work including interior roadway arteries, utility main lines, stubs to future lots, a storm-water retention area and the redevelopment of Sand Creek.
