This 41,000-square-foot golf course clubhouse and 51,000-square-foot fitness center have become Colorado Springs landmarks, earning numerous awards from golf and fitness media. The fitness center includes grass fields, grandstands, an athletic club and spa with a children’s activity center, an indoor/outdoor aquatics center with four swimming pools, an indoor basketball court, eight tennis courts, and several rooms to facilitate yoga, cardiovascular workouts, spinning equipment, free weights, massage, and physical therapy.

The clubhouse features large terraces, an outdoor fireplace, a golfer’s grill, an upscale family dining room, a large banquet room, and a multi-story wine tower. The project boasts a variety of high-end amenities for the avid golfer, and the building, created in a Tuscan style, incorporates numerous LEED design features.
