Wide Open West Call Center

This five-phase renovation project focused on providing Wide Open West — a phone, Internet and cable provider — with a refurbished call center employing 350.

Improvements included new computer/server rooms, complete renovation to office space, conference rooms, copy areas, employee break areas and restrooms, as well as the installation of new open-office workstations, a backup generator, site improvements, and a new storefront.

All work was performed while the call center was operational, with minimal disruption.
