Laredo Readiness Center
Bryan Construction is building a Readiness Center with offices, classrooms, an assembly hall, fitness and equipment rooms, a kitchen, and storage, as well as a Field Maintenance Shop featuring a large work bay with a 15-ton bridge crane, a covered wash platform, a fuel point, a fire pump, and a water storage tank for the Texas Military Department.

- This new 26,500 SF facility will consist of three slab-on-grade, single story wood-framed buildings and provide 22 units of housing, each with independent HVAC systems, community laundry facilities, housekeeping, and staff spaces to include offices, storage, and utilities. The project includes internal and site-side infrastructural accommodations: access drives, parking lots, fire protection and suppression systems, and utilities.
