South Park Recreation Center Design & Build

The South Park Recreation Center in Fairplay, which sees visits from 1,500-2,200 community members every month, is in need of extensive upgrades. Bryan Construction is partnering with CSNA Architects and are serving in a pro bono capacity to advise on design and construction. New construction design plans could include a new gymnasium, indoor walking track, climbing wall, technology center, commercial kitchen and additional class space.
