Getting Started
Subcontractor prequalification is REQUIRED for all subcontractors working for Bryan Construction. To be eligible for subcontract and notified of upcoming projects and bid opportunities, please click below to fill out our Subcontractor Prequalification Form.
Applications may take on average 15-30 minutes to complete, and you will NOT be able to save your application, so it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you gather the required information/documents prior to starting your application.
Applications may take up to 1-2 weeks to process and approve. Incomplete forms may be denied prequalification.
Please note that Bryan Construction sends all project bid invites through BuildingConnected, so we highly recommend creating an account or updating your existing account as part of our prequalification process.
