Performance Dental contracted Bryan Construction to renovate 1,700 square feet of existing office into a new dental office. Located within the up-and-coming North East part of Boulder, construction utilized modern interior finishes and a high-end architecture design. Construction included four new exam rooms, a mechanical lab, prep lab, break room, waiting room, and reception area. Bryan Construction also installed compressed air and vacuum piping. We completed the work in a condensed six-week schedule.
