These updates include key leadership roles across finance, technology, and human resources, along with a regional leadership promotion, all reinforcing Bryan Construction’s commitment to long-term growth and operational excellence.
Kristi Rader Named Chief Financial Officer
Kristi Rader has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, where she oversees Bryan Construction’s financial strategy, reporting and controls, cash flow and treasury operations, risk management, and leadership of the Accounting, Human Resources, and IT teams.
Rader brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience and previously served as Director of Accounting at Bryan Construction and Controller at Norwood Development Group. Her appointment follows the retirement of longtime CFO Vince Shoemaker, who served the company for 27 years.
“It’s always the right time to do what is right,” said Rader. “My focus is on building strong financial systems that support our people, strengthen our operations, and position Bryan Construction for the next chapter of growth.”
Chris Gilkes Named IT Director
Chris Gilkes has joined Bryan Construction as IT Director, providing strategic leadership for the company’s technology environment. In this role, he oversees enterprise systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives that support both office and field operations.
Our client’s projects run on data, timelines, and communication. Gilkes’ 15+ years in IT leadership mean the technology backbone supporting every build is more secure, modern, and built to scale.

Jamie Lanphear Named Human Resources Director
Jamie Lanphear has been appointed Human Resources Director, leading Bryan Construction’s human capital strategy, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.
Lanphear brings 20 years of experience in human resources leadership and previously served as HR Manager at Bryan Construction. Her experience includes leadership roles at GE Johnson Construction and USAA.

Ramse Nansel Promoted to Executive Manager of our Fort Collins Office
As previously announced, Ramse Nansel was promoted to Executive Manager for the Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming regions. With more than 20 years of construction management experience, Nansel leads regional operations and oversees a growing portfolio across healthcare, multifamily, K-12, defense and aerospace, and federal markets.
