This two-story, state-of-the-art medical facility encompasses 38,000 square feet, offering its tenants contemporary elegance while providing all necessary infrastructure for 21st-century technologies. The facility was constructed with laser precision to accommodate the Penrad Imaging MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, and radiology services. The facility also provides urgent care, behavioral health, and occupational medicine, primary care, orthopedics, and physical therapy. Numerous meetings were held with clinicians to understand their clinical goals and to ensure the newly constructed facility delivered a positive patient experience. Bryan Construction demolished an aging business park in order to complete the ground-up facility as well as the site infrastructure which included utilities, landscaping, and parking.
