Bryan Construction completed the renovation of four floors of critical military hospital space while the facility was occupied. Encompassing 157,000 square feet, renovations covered the expansion of administrative space, the addition of new exam and treatment rooms, and upgrading various mechanical and electrical systems. We took care to ensure that patients and staff were kept healthy and safe through the use of building access points and infection control measures. The project achieved LEED Silver through using recycled materials, certified wood, low-emitting materials, optimized energy performance, green power, and controllability of systems.
