Partially funded through Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Fruita Mews offers much-needed affordable housing for local healthcare workers, educational staff, and other essential members of the workforce.
Amenities include a clubhouse with a community kitchen and lounge, a computer lab for work or study, an outdoor playground, a BBQ area, beautiful community gardens, a bike barn and open spaces connected to a trail system, and ADA accessible units.
