Located in the Northeast Denver metro area, the 3.6-acre, King Soopers Marketplace (Store #123) is located near Martin Luther King Boulevard and Havana Street. In total, the 183,216-square-foot project involved the civil, site work, utilities as well as construction of the new 69,000-square-foot King Soopers anchor building. The King Soopers was designed with urban style finishes inside and out and included the installation of a Starbucks, gourmet cheese counter, and a sushi station.
