Markley Motors Honda

A bustling dealership can’t afford to cease operations during a renovation to their sales and service departments. To keep Markley Motors Honda operating with minimal distractions, we completed construction and renovation in two phases. Phase I was the ground-up construction of a 6,400-square-foot addition and the interior remodel of the 10,000-square-foot existing dealership. Phase II was an exterior façade remodel which included demolition, foundation, concrete, stone veneer, structural steel, casework, aluminum composite panels, Trespa façade panels, roofing, interior finishes, and MEP systems.
