Birthing Center
Expecting moms need a comfortable place to stay. The three-phase remodel of the birthing center at Memorial Hospital included demolition, refurbishing 11 patient rooms, and reconstruction of 2 nurse’s stations. Bryan Construction completed construction while patients were being treated, requiring special coordination and attention.
Parking Garage
Innovative design is the highlight of the 552,000-square-foot parking garage constructed for Memorial Hospital. Brick inserts in precast concrete panel make up the seven-level facility with a new entryway and four elevators. Bryan Construction worked through unique conditions to provide a long-lasting parking solution for the hospital.
Grease Interceptor
With the same precision and coordination of the surgeon saving lives upstairs, Bryan Construction replaced existing sanitary sewer lines and grease interceptors located in the basement level of the main hospital building. A ten-phase project, the majority of the work was underground. The capable team completed the complex installation without major disturbances to hospital operations.
