Sitting on 14-acres at the base of Pikes Peak is South Colorado Springs Nissan. Bryan Construction erected a 50,000-square-foot office, showroom, and high-bay service facility consisting of precast panels, structural steel, curtain walls, and composite metal panels. The overall construction package included a new, spacious parking lot, breathtaking landscape design, and engineered retaining walls to maximize the land use.
