The multifamily housing project was made possible through Colorado Housing and Finance Authority tax credits.The interior finishes include neutral colors, stainless steel appliances, and ample storage. Coupled with the stunning mountain views, the units are aesthetically pleasing along with being affordable for low-income families.Bryan Construction was able to meet the aggressive schedule in order for families to begin moving in by
September 2018.
