With a spectacular view of Pike’s Peak, the Marriot Hotel attracts many visitors and is a popular venue for special occasions. An extensive renovation of 110,558 square feet across 309 rooms, this project highlights Bryan Construction’s capabilities on a large-scale remodel. Inspired by Garden of the Gods, the design incorporates the natural beauty of the Colorado Springs area into guest and meeting rooms. Guest suites now meet ADA requirements and include relocated electrical outlets to assist with placement of furniture. Replaced wallcoverings, bathroom tubs, vanities, tiles, and refreshed paint complete the room transformations.
