The Norris-Penrose stadium is a Colorado Springs landmark, hosting the world-famous Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo every year. This project involved building a two-story structural precast concrete VIP addition and main entrance to the existing stadium. The building consists of a new ticket office, an open assembly area for viewing events, and full-service concessions and catering facilities, along with a private VIP banquet room with a balcony.
