Located in the “Sweetheart City,” Railway Flats consists of 11 apartment buildings and a 14,500-square-foot clubhouse on a 10.6-acre site. With 240 units total, the project is one of the largest HUD-financed properties in Loveland. The property features open green space following urban design principles, community gathering areas, an indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, meeting space, and a golf simulator.
