With both Colorado Springs and UCCS rapidly expanding, North Nevada Avenue needed revamped infrastructure to support UCCS and city projects. The multi-phased project includes below grade infrastructure covering utility main extensions and above grade work for an entry boulevard, road connection, parking lots, sidewalks, exterior lighting, landscaping, and storm water treatment. During this project, we maintained access to the Eagle Rock neighborhood and the two athletic fields. Now this main artery of Colorado Springs is prepared to support the growth of UCCS along with shopping, entertainment, and medical infrastructure.
