Patriot Park Defense Complex

Patriot Park Defense Campus is a master-planned business park off of Powers Boulevard in Colorado Springs near Peterson Air Force Base. The park features three LEED-certified buildings housing defense contractors and other businesses. Bryan Construction constructed the buildings as well as performing all of the site development including overlot grading, utility mains, roadway construction, interchange connections, and Sand Creek drop structures. Building 1 achieved LEED Silver certification while Buildings 2 and 3 achieved LEED Gold.
