Bryan Construction, Inc. has been chosen to design and build All Copy Products’ new Denver headquarters, a 136,877 square-foot 5-story building near Colfax and I-25 downtown. The owner was looking to Bryan Construction to help facilitate a solution for merging multiple offices into one, as well as how to be prepared for expected future growth. The building was programmed and designed around making the spaces throughout the building efficient, productive, relaxing, and enjoyable for employees. The construction includes: three levels of parking with one partially underground, three levels of office space, large open lobby with monument stairs that greets visitors and staff as they enter the building, electrochromic glazing that will automatically tint based on the time of day and sun exposure, 5th floor balcony that overlooks Mile High Stadium that can be utilized on a daily basis and for special events, and activity spaces for staff. Bryan Construction is contracted as the design-builder, which in turn has hired MOA Architecture as the Architect.

Since the opening of Bryan Construction’s Denver office in 2013 the company has worked for several local clients building office space, multifamily developments, and numerous tenant improvement and renovation projects.
